CLIMATE & TERROIR: Warm summers and relatively mild winters. The
soils consist of a thin layer of limestone, pebbles, clay and sand.
VINIFICATION: The grapes are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. After a second fermentation of
approximately 10 days on the dried grape skins of the cabernet
sauvignon, the wine matures for 1 year in 500-litre oak barrels.

NOIS & TASTE: Ruby red wine with purple reflections and aromas
of cherries, blueberries, candied red fruit and spices such as black
pepper, liquorice, cocoa and tobacco. The taste is full, soft and warm with
a velvety structure. SERVING SUGGESTION: Serve at 14 to 16 degrees Celsius with pasta or
risotto with truffle, mushrooms and meat-based sauces, with
grilled red or pork and with mature cheeses.
