CLIMATE & TERROIR: A mild climate. The soils on the banks
of the Piave consist mainly of sand and gravel.
VINIFICATION: After a short maceration of the skins for the salmon pink colour,
the grapes are fermented. The second fermentation takes place in
sealed stainless steel tanks.
GRAPES: merlot, incrocio manzoni
ALCOHOL PERCENTAGE: 11.50%
NOIS & TASTE: Aromatic, soft and fresh with flavours of strawberry,
plum, raspberry, violets, sage and pink pepper. The mousse is fine
and persistent.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Super festive aperitif, but also culinary
good with exciting dishes such as risotto with strawberries,
roast beef with cherries and with fruit desserts.
FACT: This Spumante is named after Gabriella Vettoretti,
because of the colour that reminds her of her red hair. Gabry is also depicted on the bottle.
