The “A Speyside Distillery” 2007 comes from a very famous distillery. We think we know it's Glenl…. but we can never confirm that. The whiskey comes from a refill Oloroso hogshead. The rich nose opens with stewed fruit, warm apple pie with cinnamon and freshly roasted nuts. Then marmalade and a pinch of fresh tobacco. The beautiful mouthfeel gives flavors such as red pepper and cloves, but becomes much fresher with vanilla (cream), dark berries and oak. The aftertaste is wonderfully full and tasty.
