This Bruichladdich is not peated but does have some salty influences. Strong plums with melon, dried berries with the scents of a spice cabinet. And then sweet cream with a pinch of coffee and oak. Exotic fruit on the tongue, but from a can, which balances with a cereal bar. This is covered with salty, but especially sweet vanilla. The aftertaste is fruit-sweet, almost sugary. Although I also get something peppery.
