This limited edition bottling of single pot still whiskey is amongst the first liquid ever distilled in the Teeling whiskey distillery and as such the first single pot still whiskey to have been distilled in Dublin in over 40 years. It is a rare piece of Irish whiskey history. This first new release from our new distillery pays homage to the famous Dublin style of Irish whiskey. Our ingle pot still whiskey was crafted using a recipe of 50% unmalted spring barley and 50% malted barley which was triple distilled and matured in a single hand selected Muscat cask. Limited to just 250 bottles, bottled at 45% with no chill filtrations completes a whiskey of true character. This is not how everyone makes Irish whiskey. It's our way.
