The Granary 30 years old 1990 is a blended grain bottled under the 'Granary' label of the independent bottler The Maltman (Meadowside Blending). This is a combination of 1 sherry butt from the Cambus distillery and 4 bourbon barrels from the North British Distillery. All at least 30 years old. This blended grain was bottled in 2021 at cask strength of 47.3%, non chill filtered and without the addition of colourants, as a limited release.

Nose: Rich with dark vanilla, toffee, creme brulee, cream custard.

Taste: also orange peel, pickled plums and candied almonds.

Finish: Becomes rich and slightly drying as the flavors linger. A stunning whiskey.
