As all our casks of whisky age, they develop their own unique characters. For every bottling in the Single Malts of Scotland Marriage series, we carefully select from these casks and bring a handful together to create a more complex and rewarding dram.
Aromas of baked apples, poached pears, lemon juice, marmalade, mint leaves, green grass, nectarines and polished oak fill the nose, complemented by notes of cinnamon-disted baked apples, lemon tarts, buttery pastry, mint fondant, pineapple, charred oak and unripe mango throughout the palate.
