Bodegas Toro Albalá is located in the D.O.P. Montilla-Moriles, one of the great Andalusian wine-growing areas characterised by the production of fine wines, thanks to the abundant presence of albariza lands, where the cultivation of Pedro Ximénez, the grape with which they make both their dry and sweet wines, is fully adapted to the climate of the area and therefore perfectly withstands the lack of rain and high temperatures in the summer periods.
In the winery they like to maintain traditions and pay attention to even the smallest detail. For this reason, their most special wines are labelled, numbered and signed by hand by the author who has taken care of the wine from the beginning.
