Rum from the Travelers Distillery in Belize is produced in a traditional column still with still local molasses, fermented and distilled in a continuous three column distillery, matured in the city of Belize.
On the nose bananas with charred oak, pecan nuts and vanilla; a blend of tropical fruits with thick, creamy caramel notes and strong coffee.
In the mouth; delicious creamy banoffee pie with brown sugar; an abundance of rich oak and golden syrup, honey and burnt sugar. Sweet with a hint of salt and raspberry aftertaste.
