This fresh Valpolicella Nanfrè is made from corvina supplemented with rondinella, from the best selection of young vines that are not yet eligible for the various Amarones of Tenuta Sant'Antonio. It is an elegant, supple and fruity wine with aromas of cherries, red fruit, pepper, spices and a hint of pencil, typical of the terroir.
Serve this Valpolicella slightly chilled with charcuterie, pasta, pizza, Mediterranean dishes with fish or poultry and even with raw oysters!
