The composition is made up of 95% Tempranillo and 5% Mazuelo grapes. Cold maceration and fermentation at a controlled temperature to preserve all the fruity grape aromas and obtain the best colour extraction possible.
Aged for 18 months in American- and French-oak casks, and kept for a few months in the vat to ensure good blending of the wine before bottling.
COLOUR: Medium-depth, garnet red colour with slight evolution towards ruby.
AROMAS: With the glass still, nuances of coconut, cinnamon, wild berries such as blackberries, and spicy notes. When swirled in the glass, nuances of mint, liquorice and chocolate appear, with reminders of cedar wood and graphite.
MOUTH: A creamy, lively attack. As it passes through the mouth you can detect flavours reminiscent of cherry liqueur and it has a powerful aftertaste, with juicy tannins and good length.
