Tarapacá Gran Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon
Tarapacá has different ways of making wine. This series represents the inherited tradition and prestige. With respect for the grapes and the selection of the very best plots (alluvial with pebbles), the pure character, finesse and balance can be obtained.

The most beautiful Cabernet grapes from the San Jorge and San Jaime plots are harvested in mid-April. They are fermented in stainless steel barrels and matured for 12 months in small French wooden barrels, then the wine matures for another year in the bottle, in the cellars until it is fully matured.

Drink with: Grilled steaks and with nice spicy farmer's cheeses.

Tasting note: Stunning dark red color and aromas of ripe fruit such as strawberry, cassis and blackcurrant. Dry in taste, very intense with a nice balance between ripe tannins and juicy fruit tones of ripe strawberries, among others.

Shelf life: The wines are beautifully drinkable at the moment they come on the market. They will then be top for another 6 years, fresh with beautiful fruit.

Alcohol: 14,5%
Volume: 75cl
