Vaudesir is located in the heart of the Grand Cru area of Chablis. Very elegant and refined Chablis' come from here. This copy of William Fèvre is very fresh with fruity and floral aromas. The taste is subtle and refined, and both soft and lively. Round and light at the same time, this wine has been very attractive since its youth.
Serve at 12 to 14°C with various fish dishes, shellfish, poultry and white meat, grilled or with creamy sauces. Vaudésir is located on a steep slope between the Grands Crus Valmur and Les Preuses. Vaudésir means 'valley of desires'.
