Fantastic wine with dishes with fish, shellfish and other seafood: grilled or in a creamy sauce. Poultry or grilled white meats also combine nicely with this wine. Serve this wine at 12-14°C. This wine can be drunk young, but can also be left for at least 10-15 years. The aging ensures that the wine will develop aromas of nuts, brioche and butter, among other things.
