This bottle actually contains the second edition of the Rare Pale cognac. This spirit comes from a single barrel that contained 670 bottles. It comes from a small plot in Droguet located in Fins bois where beautiful vines grow. Distilled in 2012 and the cognac is exactly 9 YO. It is pure, so without burnt sugar (caramel) and not assembled. So it is a “single” in every sense of the word.
