As the name suggests, this gin is distilled from four different grains instead of the normal three. In addition to the corn, rye and malted barley, we have added winter wheat to our mash. The wheat gives an extra soft softness to the jenever. This 100% pot still distilled jenever is aged in Oloroso sherry casks for added complexity and depth.
