Bottled at 59.5%, the strength it emerges from the cask, it's the closest you'll come to opening the cask yourself. Matured in one third sherry casks, half refill casks and a small selection of bourbon barrels.
A perfect balance of baked pears, crème brulee and lemon zest. Notes of honey and a long finish. This is Glengoyne in its purest form; Straight from the cask, indiluted and always un-chillfiltered.
